Jim Trott has great experience with the Bank of England where he worked for 32 years in a variety of roles, including Chief Dealer from 1990 - 2001. During the course of his time with the Bank, Jim spent periods working at the Kenyan Central Bank in Nairobi, the Bank of Thailand in Bangkok and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
Before joining Track.com as Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Savage served as Managing Director of FX Macro Sales at Goldman Sachs, where he published widely-read and insightful research focused on the foreign exchange markets and the macroeconomic environment. As well as having twenty-three years of experience at Goldman Sachs, Mr. Savage worked as the head of New York Foreign Exchange trading for Lehman Brothers and as a Director of Proprietary Trading at Bank of America Securities. Mr. Savage earned a BA in Political Philosophy from Yale University.
Mr. Niv has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of FXCM since 2010, and served on the board of our predecessor, Holdings, since 1999. Mr. Niv has been the Chief Executive Officer of FXCM since 1999 and is one of the original founding partners of the firm. Prior to co-founding FXCM, Mr. Niv served as the Director of Marketing for MG Financial Group. Mr. Niv graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1995 and holds a B.S. in Accounting.
K Duker is Chief Executive Officer of OANDA Corporation. He has a strong track record as an executive leader in the foreign exchange business and in driving successful business growth. Before becoming CEO, K was Managing Director of OANDA Asia Pacific and was responsible for overseeing the company's operations in the region. Prior to joining OANDA, K worked at Deutsche Bank for nearly ten years, where he headed up the bank's eFX business in Asia Pacific. In that role he implemented dbFX - the first retail online forex trading platform from a major bank. K is also Chairman of FX Architects and a Non-Executive Director of Fidelity Bank in Ghana. He has an MBA from UCLA Business School.
Salomon Sredni joined the Company in December 1996 as its Vice President of Operations and Chief Financial Officer and was named Treasurer and a director of the Company in July 1997. In September 1999, he was named President and Chief Operating Officer, and became Chief Executive Officer and President in February 2007. In June 2009, Mr. Sredni was elected Chairman of the Board and held this position until the Company was acquired by Monex Group, Inc. in June 2011. In November 2011, Mr. Sredni was named Chief Operating Officer of Monex Group, Inc. and is also a member of the Global Management Committee for Monex Group. In June 2012, Mr. Sredni was elected to the Board of Directors of Monex Group, Inc. Mr. Sredni was recognized, together with the Company's co-founders, Bill and Ralph Cruz, as the "Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year" for the State of Florida in 2005. In October 2012, Mr. Sredni was recognized by the South Florida Business Journal as a Broward County Ultimate CEO.
Sanjay Madgavkar is the Global Head of FX Prime Brokerage at Citi. He took this role in May 2012 and is responsible for the management of Citi's global Prime business which provides FX services to Hedge Funds, High Frequency Traders and Retail Brokers. CitiFX Prime is a rapidly growing business and is estimated to be the leading Prime Broker on the major FX dealing platforms. It has sales and client service desks in New York, London, Singapore and Tokyo. Prior to this, Sanjay was Global Head of Citi's Margin Trading business which offers trading facilities to mid-market institutions and individual traders. Prior to this Sanjay was Co-Head of the Foreign Exchange and Fixed Income eCommerce group in North America, responsible for managing electronic trading and e-Sales for Citigroup's FX and FI activity in the region. Sanjay currently serves on the Board of Directors of Traiana, a leading service provider in the Prime Brokerage space and has previously served on the Board of Directors of FXall where we was a member of the Operating Committee (2005-06). Sanjay also represented Citi on the Board of Volbroker, an electronic Options trading platform. Prior to joining the FX ecommerce business in 2001, Sanjay had a 12 year career in Trading and Sales in FX. He started his career as a Currency Trader in HSBC followed by Sales roles in ABN AMRO and Standard Chartered Bank in Asia. William K. Goodbody, Jr.,oversees Knight's institutional electronic foreign exchange offering as the Business Manager for Hotspot FX LLC. He has extensive experience managing multi-asset class trading products and is an expert in global market structures. Mr. Goodbody has been managing Hotspot FX since 2008. He has been with Knight for more than 14 years in various capacities, including Head of Market Structure and Exchange Strategy, Business Manager of the Broker-Dealer Client Group, and Co-Head of Client Services. Previously, he was First Vice President at Jefferies & Company, Inc. from 2004 to 2006, where he served as the Director of Equities Sales & Trading Technology. William serves as a director on the boards of NSX Holdings, Inc. and the National Stock Exchange, Inc. He also is a member of numerous financial services industry committees, including SIFMA's Equity Markets & Trading Committee and the STA's Trading Issues Committee. William received his B.A. in Government from Georgetown University.
Andy joined Traiana as Chief Executive Officer in July 2012. Andy had previously been at Citi for 6 years as Managing Director of FX Prime Brokerage and eCommerce Product. Prior to that he ran FX Prime at Deutsche Bank for 6 years. During that time Andy worked closely with Traiana after its formation to develop a number of key products that changed market structure to a significant extent. He has held board positions at FXAll and CLS Aggregation Service. He holds an MBA from Cass Business School.
Gary Weiss joined TradeStation in April 2009 as Vice President, responsible for futures and foreign exchange. He currently serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of IBFX, Inc., TradeStation's foreign exchange subsidiary. Prior to joining TradeStation, Mr. Weiss held other senior management positions related to both foreign exchange and capital markets businesses. From 2005 to 2008, Mr. Weiss was Co-Head of electronic foreign exchange at MF Global Inc. From 1984 to 2005, Mr. Weiss held various positions within Refco Group Ltd., serving as CEO of the capital markets group and President of global foreign exchange. Mr. Weiss received a bachelor's degree in Business Economics and Mathematics from the State University of New York College at Oneonta.
Ralitza Fortunova is an Executive Director at Nomura, Asia's global investment bank. Based in New York, she is responsible for FX Electronic Markets distribution in the Americas. Ralitza joined Nomura in November 2009 from JP Morgan where she held a similar role in New York since 2007. Prior to that she was based in London part of the FX Electronic Markets EMEA sales team. Ralitza received a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia.
Mr. Darren M. Jer co-founded MarketFactory, Inc., and serves as its Chief Operating Officer and Head of Sales. Mr. Jer manages marketing, sales and operations for MarketFactory. As a director of new business sales in the Americas for ICAP Electronic Broking, Mr. Jer established EBS's algorithmic trading and market data business amongst hedge funds and other prime brokered customers. Before EBS, Mr. Jer was a sales executive in IBM's Banking, Finance and Securities practice, responsible for key Wall Street accounts. Mr. Jer began his career in financial technology as a consultant at Price Waterhouse developing e-commerce systems. Following Price Waterhouse, he worked at Internet consultancy Viant, as well as his own digital media firm which developed an online marketplace for streaming video content and rich media advertising. Daniel Conte joined 360T in July 2012 and has over 15 years of experience within the global capital markets, financial services and technology industries, with focus on trading, sales and product development. Prior to this role, Daniel served as Managing Director, Global Head of Sales at Pivot, Inc., which was acquired by CME in 2012. Previously, he spent several years with Bloomberg, both in Europe and New York, where he held several senior executive positions, including President and Managing Director of Bloomberg Tradebook Europe, LTD. Pejman recently left the position of VP Americas for GFI Trayport which he held for nearly 4 years and was responsible for strategic growth and the overall operation of the Americas. He began his career on the finance desk at Oppenheimer & Co. managing a cash portfolio. Pejman then joined Long Term Capital Management (LTCM) in Greenwich Connecticut before leaving to manage American Express Financial Direct at Check Free Investment Services where he also started the Electronic Trading group focusing on Check Freeís Straight Through Processing initiative.
